W&W’s professional knowledge includes further processing of red meat, poultry, smokehouses, ready to eat meals, soups and sauces as well as many other areas of further processing of products.

W&W provides our customer the use of our many years of hands on operation of the different equipment product lines we represent and sell as well as our extensive hands on plant experience of having been Plant Managers- General Managers prior to forming our company.

W&W’s professional associations with the manufacturers that we represent allow us to provide consulting to our customers based on a direct knowledge of what it takes to be profitable in a production operation.
